New Hardware:
All new hardware purchased from Pandya Computers, Inc. carries manufacturers’ warranties, as per the manufacturers’ specifications. Shipping charges may apply on equipment returned after 30 days from date of purchase.
Used Hardware:
Used hardware purchased from Pandya, Inc. cannot be returned for refunds. All sales of used equipment are final. However, if the used equipment purchased from Pandya, Inc. fails within 30 days from time of purchase, Pandya, Inc. will repair or replace, as needed, the defective equipment at no charge to the purchaser.
Software:
Repairs to software can be a complicated matter. Every reasonable effort will be made to preserve the customer’s data during a software repair although preservation cannot be guaranteed due to the complicated nature of software problems. New software purchased from Pandya, Inc. can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase if unopened. New software that is opened and defective can only be exchanged for the same software.

No employees of Pandya, Inc. or Pandya Computers, Inc. are authorized to extend or supplement the terms or length of manufacturers’ warranties. Pandya, Inc. is not liable for damages incurred during or after the repair process.
